Classes will work on a different style each week along with turns, leaps, stretching, and technique.

Beginning pointe work will be covered.

Creative Movement Camp

Wednesdays July 8th, July 15th, July 22nd, & July 29th

Dancing, singing, and musical instruments are incorporated into this class. A snack will be enjoyed at the end of class. Parents are encouraged to join in!!

2 ½ - 5 year olds @ 11:00 - 11:45am

Week of Monday, August 10th – Friday, August 14th

7:00 - 9:00pm - Ages 15 years old & Up

Summer Choreography Workshop Class fee: $150

Dancers will learn how to count music, manage the use of the stage, figure out entrances and exits, what type of costume would be appropriate for the music, spatial awareness, and how to work with each other’s strengths and weaknesses. 3 pieces of music will be presented on Monday for the dancers to choose from. Dancers will receive a USB with the music on it and will be responsible for returning the next day with 16 to 24 counts of steps/choreography to be presented. All dancers must be able to attend at least 4 of the 5 days of camp, no exceptions. Rehearsals for this class during the dance year will be on the first Sunday of each month (9 practices) from 4:00-5:00pm. Dancers should be at an intermediate to advanced level to participate in this class. These practices are mandatory.

Hip Hop Camp
